aim and scope

The Southeast Asia Law Journal is aimed at providing readers with latest researches related to the study of Law. Articles published in the journal should:

  1. Be an original research paper in law studies.
  2. Be written interestingly, and so as to be accessible to business scholars, researchers, consultants, students and practitioners.
  3. Put an emphasis on implementation aspect without neglecting scientific criteria.
  4. Tend to be analytical rather than descriptive.
  5. Based on Indonesian context or global issues that have significant impact on contribution to development of law studies in Indonesia. Manuscript submitted to the journal must be original and should in no way violate existing copyright.
