Kekerasan Simbolik terhadap Homoseksual di Lingkungan Kerja
Abstract
Penelitian ini membahas tentang kekerasan simbolik yang terjadi di tempat kerja dari heteroseksual menuju homoseksual. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus melalui paradigma ilmu sosial kritis. Penelitian ini mengelaborasi teori modal sosial oleh Pierre Bourdieu dan teori queer oleh Judith Butler. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekerasan simbolik terjadi melalui reproduksi doxa heteronormativitas dan legitimasi doxa di dalam habitus, modal dan lapangan untuk memperkuat dominasi kelompok heteroseksual. Kesenjangan antara pervormitas gender dengan matriks heteroseksual menjadi pemicu simbolik kekerasan terhadap kaum homoseksual
