Peer Review Process

Editor in Chief will assign the manuscripts to a corresponding section editor for further handling. The section editor will request at least two scientist to review the manuscripts. Based on the comments from reviewers, section editor and Editor in Chief will make decision on the manuscript. This policy uses double blind review.

 

Publication Frequency

The Southeast Asia Law Journal is published duo-annually in May and November, and aimed to provide research articles in order to have a significant implication to the world of law.

 

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...

Article Processing Charge

All articles published in The Southeast Asia Law Journal are open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication. The Southeast Asia Law Journal will not have any article-processing charge (APC), This includes peer-reviewing, editing, online publishing, maintaining, and archiving, which allows immediate access to the full text version of the articles.
